We brought 2 of our own nurses, which they gave a hard time to and eventually forced them to be 1099 independent contractors bc they dont pay ot but had no othernurses to cover shifts. They send nurses that are afraid of dogs(2 of the nicest, sweetest puppies ever), sleep thru their shift, show up late or not at all. Minimal communication from agency on who's coming, who's shadowing, etc. Nurses dont want to listen to my son, dont listen to any instruction, etc. Incompetence on every level.
I had a great experience working with this company. Everyone was polite, kind, and genuinely helpful, especially during the process of setting up my 1099 LLC. A special thank you to Jennifer, Alicia, and especially Ms. Chaplin for their guidance and support.
