TrustFlow’s inspector, Priya, spent three hours mapping every pipe and explaining which fixes were urgent vs. ‘someday.’ She drew little faces on the sketch, happy pipes, sad pipes. When I asked about cost, she said, ‘Let’s triage like Netflix: Save the drama for later.’ Best analogy ever. Slowly working through her list, stress-free. Feels like having a plumber-philosopher on speed dial.
Had a great experience with TrustFlow. My shower pressure had been terrible for months, and I finally decided to do something about it. Called them up, and they sent a plumber who figured out the issue right away. He fixed it in no time, and now my shower works perfectly again. Super professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more than that. If you need a plumber, these are the people to call.
Great service overall. TrustFlow installed a new water heater, and the team was super polite. Only hiccup? The jo took 4 hours instead of the estimated 2. They apologized and threw in a discount on the spot, though. Their transparency about the delay won me over.
