They deserve 10 stars, but Google only goes up to 5. As a tenant, I’ve had my share of rental companies that just brush off your concerns or drag out maintenance requests, but Trusted Property Service is NOT one of them. They are—hands down—THE BEST property management company I’ve ever rented from. It’s Thanksgiving weekend and we had a major plumbing issue come up, so we report the problem and assume that we likely wouldn’t hear back until at *least* Monday at the earliest.
