I had been first to see this property in mid January from another management company. I made the effort to go back to property to see who new management company was because we were still interested even tho Trusted raised the rent $400. I ran into Aaron Flesuras at the property. He was short and rude but gave me his card to call on Monday it was on a friday. I called monday x2 sent message on zillow called again and still no answer. Ive been in my APT for 3 days lacking power to half of it. No AC and my windows are taped shut due to painting. Ive been ghosted, lied to by inept maitinence that is all located outside if Eugene and " unable" to drive in. So if this is what you look for in propertyerty management. This is your conpany. No one here can seem to figure out how to make an appt, drive to a location, anf finally...flip a breaker until power comes back on. Nope too hard.

Black Van with logo “trusted property management” just sped down my residential street in downtown Springfield. I glared at them as they passed and watched them kick up a cloud of dust on the gravel road two blocks down. Shame on the driver, my children play here. SLOW DOWN. 👎
