I had a very disappointing experience at this office and will not be returning. My appointment required me to wait nearly two hours, only to be seen for about 10 minutes. A physician I had never met — and who did not appear familiar with my medical history — was sent in to see me. During the visit, I was told my BMI was “high,” which did not align with my understanding of my own health records, and the interaction felt dismissive rather than supportive. Cynthia is rude and condescending going out of her way to be unhelpful and demeaning. She should not be answering phones and representing the company. This is the second time she’s been aggressively

The worst doctors office ever they do not know wth they are doing, they play games just so they can charge more. It should not be any reason for them trying to setup 5 to 6 appointments per year to give you the same medication, I have ran out of my medication and I called them to get an refill witches it was prescribed to me already and then canceled, now they refuse to give my refill because I need to setup an appointment before I can get my prescription, that is such an awful service, I told them well in that case I need t... read more

Appointments are made when the office is closed. I kept the appointment and traveled two hours away from where I live , The medical center was closed , No Good No Respect, wast my time , A medical center that does not honor appointments
