Rick Florez was absolutely amazing throughout the entire loan process. He answered all our questions, is very knowledgeable and kind. He was very responsive and available all hours of the day and was on top of all aspects of the loan process to get our loan closed in 20 days! He also helped us find good home owners insurance, reviewed policies for us and found us an awesome appraiser! We will definitely stay with him for our refi when interest drops.
