This company is trash and I wish like hell I had never dealt with them because I could have gotten soooo much more for the sale of my house. My house has been sold and I still do not have my funds. They work with Liberty Title and Escrow and they are even more trash!!!! I do not recommend!! It's a bunch of incompetency and false information and all they do is take the heat off of themselves to put on the next one they work with. Stay away!!!!!
Everything looks pretty at first, but problems started appearing rapidly. No attic access, after I made my own hatch I found out why: no insulation. The 2 showers were tiled incorrectly, after a bunch of water damage I get the opportunity to do them the right way. Soft spot in the middle of my nice pergo floor, they made a patch with 2x4s for a floor that uses 2x10 joists.
