John was amazing. I was looking to install an attic fan. He came out to the house, explained my options, then provided a quote for what I decided on. We set up a time to get the work done. John and his partner came out, performed the install in no time at all. They were both super professional and friendly. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use them for any of our future HVAC needs. Thanks Guys!
2 Year Update: Still love our system from Trusted Heating And Air. I really appreciate the level of communication we get from Derek and John. I’d recommend these guys to anyone. 2023 Review: Loved working with these guys and our new systems are so quiet and efficient!! Trusting Heating and Cooling just serviced our HVAC system, and I can’t recommend them enough. They were professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. I also thought one of my ductless systems was giving me an error code, but they quickly checked it out and explained it was simply a cleaning cycle setting on the remote. I really appreciate their honesty, and we’ll definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward.
I reached out to Trusted for a second opinion on a complicated furnace/AC issue. Derek set me up with a quick appointment and John provided some sound, pragmatic advice. I feel well supported and informed with this team behind me. Thanks Trusted!
Our air conditioner died the night before we had 4 days of 107 degree weather. We called Trusted Heating and Air and they SAVED US!! I will continue to recommend and sing the praises of this company FOREVER!!
