Had a hearing aid go bad unexpectly (of course), took it into Cook Hearing & Balance of Georgetown. They promptly accepted it, shipped it off for repair. It was returned roughly a week later, setup and appointment to get it programmed. The appointment was excellent, the aid was setup in a matter of minutes and I was out the door. This place is GREAT.
Dr. Kat is both knowledgeable and super passionate about helping her patients. She recognizes each patient has different needs and spends more time listening than talking to ensure she’s serving your needs
Dr. Long was very thorough in her testing. I've never been tested to that extent. She took a lot of time explaining the results of my tests.
Walked in as a complete unknown as I just needed some minor parts and service. They treated me like I had been a client forever, gave me great service and ordered parts for my OLD Outdated aids, when they came in they called to let me know they were in and set an appointment. THEY WILL BE MY GO TO for all my hearing aids, tests, and repairs as long as I am in Georgetown. Did I mention they are VERY CLOSE to Sun City which is a big plus to me.
