Dr. Long was very thorough in her testing. I've never been tested to that extent. She took a lot of time explaining the results of my tests.
Walked in as a complete unknown as I just needed some minor parts and service. They treated me like I had been a client forever, gave me great service and ordered parts for my OLD Outdated aids, when they came in they called to let me know they were in and set an appointment. THEY WILL BE MY GO TO for all my hearing aids, tests, and repairs as long as I am in Georgetown. Did I mention they are VERY CLOSE to Sun City which is a big plus to me.
Both Dr Kat and Tonya go out of their way to serve. Dr. Kat is a problem solver, and will resolve any and all challenges I have with my hearing aids. She is incredibly knowledgeable. I also bring my 80 yr-old mother for her appointments, and Kat is so caring and supportive of her. Tonya is absolute best at making sure that both my mom and I get scheduled for the appointments we need. I travel a lot for work, and Tonya works around my schedule with ease. We appreciate these two so much!
