They always listen to your problem or concern. A cleaning or an adjustment has always fixed things for me. They are very friendly, caring, and competent.
I had a very good experience for someone who has just found out I have a hearing loss. The front desk was helpful and kind. The doctor was very thorough, explained everything in terms I could understand, I left feeling like I was supported and taken care of. I am getting new hearing aids with them and am excited for this new journey. I recommend Cook Hearing for your hearing needs.
Dr. Kathleen Long is an excellent audiologist. She explains the testing results in layman terms and make the necessary adjustments to fit my results. Tanya, the administrative assistant is pleasant and very professional
My husband walked in without an appointment after 4pm because he couldn’t get his charger to work. Dr Kat was very patient and checked his hearing aids and the charger. She called the company and found the charger was out of warranty she also cleaned his hearing aids She loaned us a charger until the new charger came in. Exceptional service !! Oh and my husband did not get his hearing aids there. I did but he didn’t. Highly recommend!
