I've been a patient of Dr Long for a couple of years now. My appointments all start on time. She does a thorough job of testing. She answers all my questions without rushing me. Her great service has made my expensive hearing aids feel worth it. Thanks Dr Long and Tonya.
I just moved here from Maine and broke a piece of my hearing aid. I was in need of a hearing test, too. Dr Long was excellent…very informative. She serviced my Oticon aids and updated the settings. I am extremely happy and so is my husband…lol.
Outstanding service
Kat and Tonya are the BEST! So professional and hard working. They both are so patient with me as I’m such a loser when it comes to technology and dealing with the crazy world of hearing aid tech! Liz, or whoever is reviewing this review please give both Tonya and Liz a raise! If you don’t, let me hire them and I’ll put them to work on a large land clearing operation. Just sayin’. Dr Kat and Tonya wonderful as usual. Cannot highly recommend them enough, got my yearly checkup today with a new test, they are always on top of the newest tests. I'd give them 8 stars if possible.
