Pathetic. Shows up without an appointment. Won't listen to patient. Had blood work done and refused to provide insurance information to the lab for proper billing. Sent a letter dropping my Mom and did not provide any reason. We're guessing Dr. Waite doesn't want to work with you but can't confirm because even though the letter stated my Mom had her services for 15 days they refuse to return phone calls.
