Very prompt and professional service
They were friendly and fixed my initial problem but then left another issue unresolved. They said it was a part covered by warranty and they would order it and give me a call back. I never received the call back. I left 3 voicemails and actually got through another time and he handed me off to a lady to get my call back info, but I never received a call back. I highly recommend! Not only are they professional and timely but they are so extremely nice and considerate! No hidden fees or up charges and the communication was top notch! I cannot say enough good things about this company!
When called for repair on warranty product told it would be 6 days for a response. Not a good company since others have taken over had them do three homes and two with warranty they did not honor
