Very Expensive but Great Service - My Dad Called These Guys and they came out the same day, my dad did not ask for a emergency visit, they just had the time to come out that dayWhen they got here They Replaced a Fuse in the Furnace that runs the blower fan (those cost next to nothing) And They replaced a 20 dollar capacitor on the central AC unit which is extremely easy to swap out. They were friendly and fixed my initial problem but then left another issue unresolved. They said it was a part covered by warranty and they would order it and give me a call back. I never received the call back. I left 3 voicemails and actually got through another time and he handed me off to a lady to get my call back info, but I never received a call back. I highly recommend! Not only are they professional and timely but they are so extremely nice and considerate! No hidden fees or up charges and the communication was top notch! I cannot say enough good things about this company!
