Horrendous experience. Ethical and legally questionable activity with the staff and management. Company became involved with family matters and when the patient signed a document cutting services with the company they proceeded to call in welfare checks and social services to the household. When the patient and family request no additional contact from the company, staff members continued to reach out in various ways trying to remain in contact.
Vince is great, on time, curteous, knowledgeable.
