Can not be trusted. They say they check all company out, they don't. They just back who ever will pay them to advertise. Ex...speak for franchise with hundreds of locations. No way they check all this location. Franchise is independent and run different by different management.
Used TrustDale once and chose American Fence to replace an old fence. DO NOT use either company. Work was done last August and I am still trying to get resolution to issues caused by American Fence contractor.
I needed pressure washing and window cleaning for my home. I went through the TrustDale website and was able to connect with Window Genie of Atlanta. The work was done perfectly and the appointment time was met as we agreed. I have used TrustDale in the past and have never been disappointed. With the cost of maintenance and other "fix it" projects going up, it makes sense to insure that the contractor you are working with has a great reputation and will back up their work if anything goes wrong. Not trustworthy at all. I used one of their recommended companies and they were just bad at what they did,, siding install was the wrong texture, the door was wrong, the wrong paint, and did not do some of the work needed ... ie: sheathing under the siding. Shoddie work altogether. Be very weary of "TrustDale" ...
