Great care here!!!
I had an incredible experience at this clinic. I went in very soon before they closed and they were very nice and welcoming- they did not at all rush me or seem annoyed that I came in right at closing. Lawanda at the front desk and NP Chadwick were caring and helped me.
Kellie Watkins, Brandy Greer and Juanita Williams all exceeded expectations for my first time using TrustCare. The care, attention, professionalism and efficiency for treating my unplanned medical need (cut finger-sutures) was top notch. I’m impressed with the new Madison, MS facility and would consider using TrustCare for future minor Medical needs.
Juanita is so rude. I’ve had two interactions with her and both times she has treated me as if I’m worthless.
Made an appointment. Got me, my newborn, my 2 year old, and my 6 year old daughter up and out of the house loaded up and inside the clinic when I was told I wouldn’t be seen by yet another online nurse practitioner. I’m following up from a c section. My doctor is 3 hours away. This was an urgent appointment that if they didn’t have the education to see me for, they should have CALLED MY PROVIDED PHONE NUMBER!!!
