Very clean…. Easy check in…. Front desk was very helpful; nurses were awesome! S/o to NP Katherine Chadwick, veryyy professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She took great care of me… Love this place!!!! 💙
Rude desk worker. Very unhelpful, basically shoed me out of the building without any empathy. Ended up taking my daughter to the emergency room because they were unconcerned i’m assuming because every other child has a fever and diarrhea right now. Don’t recall the Madams name but was unimpressed by her professional demeanor
The place is fine, but three weeks later, they started backcharging me for services I had already paid for
Terrible experience save your time and money and go to the Ridgeland one. I was the only patient in there and it took over 2 hours to be called back just for them to tell me to go to the ER. Nurse on duty was very rude.
