This is not the place to go if you have any expectations on reliability, speed and efficiency. My daughter was running low on medicine and we reached out a few days prior and heard nothing back. After being placed on hold several times and a few days later we finally got through and the receptionist was 0 help in getting a temporary supply until we could visit later this week. All staff members went above and beyond to help my child. He got a fishing lure stuck deep in his foot. Everyone from the x-ray tech, nurse, and NPs worked for nearly 3 hours to get it out safely. They were all caring, compassionate and careful. Would definitely recommend this location.
I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service rendered for my child’s urgent care! I’ve had much less pleasant experiences with a couple of other locations, but this one has by far been the best! I really appreciate how attentive and knowledgeable the staff were and I hope that the same staff members are available during our next urgent care visit! I was especially impressed with how they treated my son like he was a child of theirs! Outstanding bedside manners!!!!
