Review is not really for the individuals that work here but more so on the company policies. We have had a few instances lately that we were disappointed in how things were handled. Now they are requiring a card to be stored on their system before they will see you and I just don’t trust their systems to keep that information safe. The np's we have seen are fabulous. But their new billing policy is unacceptable. I took my son 2 weeks ago and was told they wouldn't see him if I didn't put a card on file. I told her that I had seen that they were charging people without permission and she assured me that they weren't. This week I got an email that they would charge my card for almost $400 on Sunday. Took my toddler a few weeks ago because she was breathing fast, and the nurse practitioner tested her for flu and strep - both negative, and they chalked it up to “teething” - a few days later, my toddler is coughing, screaming, and vomiting all her food - take her back and a different nurse practitioner tests her for rsv and covid - both negative, and says “ Yeah, idk why she’s vomiting, take her home and give her Tylenol for pain and bring her back if it doesn’t stop.” Ended up taking my girl to the ER where they listened ... read more
My experience at trustcare kids in gluckstadt is always good, but I was there today for my 1 year old. We were waiting in the lobby and he was actually happy and making noises and the front desk lady asked if I could control him because she can’t hear her patients on the phone. Mam… you work at a children’s clinic if you need that reminder. I told her sorry it’s hard to control a 1 year old.
Pediatrician and nurse were really great at this location. Much better than Brandon or Madison locations
