People working at this clinic have no idea what they are doing. Need to find out what their credentials are. Did not even know how to take an accurate blood pressure, and forget knowing how to take a proper xray! No MD works there!!!
I can’t say enough good things about TrustCare Vestavia. I was having a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic on a Sunday and tried the ER but they told me it would be 3+ hours before they could see me. TrustCare helped me immediately and were so incredibly kind and compassionate. Specifically Tim, the nurse practitioner, and his medical assistant, couldn’t have been more wonderful! Thank you!
All staff really friendly and I appreciate the time and care we received.
