We stop on our way to Baton Rouge, Louisiana because our son wasn’t feeling well. Everyone was so nice and kind to us. The nurse, Claire was very sweet and professional and the provider Blake was awesome. Thank you to the whole team.
TrustCare's purpose statement of "feel better, faster!" Holds true. They have a dedicated team that truly cares about you. Both providers go above and beyond for their patients, making you feel like you matter. No matter how busy they are, you're still likely to spend less time here than any other urgent care. All the staff are fast and efficient, all while being kind and making you comfortable! Staff are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have about your treatment.
Jamie and Claire were frickin amazing. They made what is usually a painful procedure less painful, and they showed so much understanding and kindness throughout. I would highly suggest this place to anyone who needs a little extra compassion, like me.
It may be because I was not feeling good at all but I will NEVER go back to this place. The NP treated me like a germ. First off she didn’t even tell me who she was. I complained of my throat hurting just for her to looked at it from a distance. I asked the nurse later and she smartly replied because you have swollen lymph. Ok!! After spending a week in excruciating abdominal pain, and Christmas Eve at Forrest General Hospital, I went to Urgent Care. I explained to NFP Curtis Cochran what I’d been feeling and he diagnosed me accurately & immediately. This is my first full day on my prescription and I almost feel brand new. Kudos to him & the entire Trust Care Team!
