On 2/4/18 my wife took our 12 yr old son in with flu like symptoms to be tested for the flu. After checking in and explaining the reason for the visit they waited in the van in the parking lot for over 2 hours because the waiting area was full. When they were finally called back to a patient room they learned that the clinic was out of flu tests and had been out. This is understandable considering the number flu cases this year. I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback for us. We can only get better when we have feedback from our patients. As you mentioned in your review, it has been an epidemic flue season. The worst in over 10 years. Unfortunately, flu test kits are on manufacturer's back order. In short, no one has flu testing kits due to the severity of this year's season.
