A joke but not a funny one.
My husband was in hospice with this company and graduated off alive3.2024. We actually did 9 cruises and have traveled the world. At hello the company lied saying they would cover boost VHC 530 but once on hospice would not. He had been readmited to hospital for aspiration pneumonia and burns 4k yo 5k calories a day. I’ve had experience with several Hospice companies over the years. Trustbridge is more Antitrust. Absolute worst. Staff coming in and out randomly. No schedule no calls. Or when I’d all and ask is someone was coming was told yes and then they’d no show. They made my life harder. The nurse Paulette is disorganized (the assigned nurse is responsible for your team and she couldn’t manage her own time much less anyone else’s).
