Top Tier STAFF!!!!!!! I literally drove 7hrs from Louisiana to Kansas and was so nervous the entire ride, because I was so afraid of the service I was going to receive. Let me tell you something!!!!! I want to sincerely thank one of the associates, Ali, for her incredible care. She was comforting and truly made a difficult day feel a little lighter. Her professionalism stood out and made a real difference. However, I did have a disappointing experience with another associate, Kyle, who came across as impatient and dismissive.
