Facilities were fine, easy access. I moved out, informed necessary office/staff via phone as requested in the contract to receive my deposit back, no reply. Several attempts, phone, email etc... still nothing..you might have to eat your deposit but it is what it is, 2026 customer service is trash.

Not sure how secure this place is if some of the tenants are holding the gate open with their vehicle for 20+ minutes at a time. Hopefully this is not normal.

Very informative, you can set up everything online at the place.. if you need assistance, calling them directly is very helpful, they call back in an hour or less.. they help you set up auto payment as well! The storage is super convenient location wise, i cannot ask for more, cameras are everywhere, so that security is a plus for me..

Amazing experience here. Didn’t have to talk or meet with anyone face to face. I needed a storage unit asap and I went online and got it the next morning. I had it for 6 months, and when I had moved my things out, cleaned it and removed my lock I simply left an email stating I am closing my account with them and boom it’s all taken care of. Absolutely amazing Very clean area, safe, quiet.
