Luis was nice and polite. He praised my chihuahua and showed me a pic of his. They went to the toilet I wanted fixed and worked very hard to get it apart though they finally did. Took little time to put the replacement installed then went back under to secure it. I’m happy and tjhanked them for being neat and efficient. Sends to tip them and put my email in it for the receipt to be emailed. He went down to his truck and got me a printed receipt. We both signed and he exited my home.

I needed my toilet replaced. I googled plumbers near me and left my information. Within a minute Trust Rooter Plumbing responded. Raul Serpa came out to access the situation, he was very professional, pleasant and well put together. That was a plus for me . Anyways he removed the old toilet, took it straight outside came back and cleaned the area with his own cleaning supplies! We just used Trust Rooter for the first time. Our experience could not have been better. Jose was punctual, competent and personable. We trusted his evaluation and the repairs were done expertly. Five stars!
