I took my child to this place and it was a big mistake. I was told (more than once) that the therapist who was assigned to my child was knowledgable and experienced. This was not the case. Months later, no progress and it turns out the person had never worked with my child's diagnosis before. I was floored. I had been assured twice. So, ask questions! And ask about training and experience! I'm very disappointed that I was misled.

I recently attended a brief training focused on information about Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), assessment, and treatment, and I found it to be informative and well-structured. The presenter, Mubeena Mirza, LCSW demonstrated deep expertise in OCD and provided a comprehensive overview, common subtypes, and treatment approaches, including CBT and ERP.
