Do everything possible to not rent from these people. Management could care less if you have a serious issue. My power was out for days during a heat wave- spoiled food, no AC or fans. Don’t expect them to answer their phones past 1pm any day or on weekends. If they do answer they give you 0 reassurance that the problem will actually be solved. Do not rent from Trust Management. My time living there was filled with repeated pest infestations, maintenance failures, and unacceptable delays from management that made the apartment unsafe, unsanitary, and unlivable. Over the course of our lease, I experienced: * A yellow jacket wasp infestation that lasted over a month, with more than 35 wasps entering my bedroom. "We do not manage this property ANYMORE." No smoke detector. No carbon monoxide detector. The gas dryer is leaking CO2 into the apartment from a hole that should've been fixed by now. I moved in and I was putting in maintenance requests immediately. The actual state of the apartment was a mess. See for yourself. I've attached photos. I have been living in one of their properties since 2021, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the start, the apartment was poorly assembled—cabinetry was incomplete, light switches and outlets were misaligned or broken, and there was a significant leak in the wall due to improperly sealed windows. Exceeded their allotted timeframe of 14 days & they still removed $500 from my friend’s security deposit with no invoice or itemized deductions list. Illegal activity, avoid renting.
