The team at Trust IT are amazing to work with. They’re always quick to respond and ready to help no matter what we’ve got going on. Anytime something breaks or isn’t working right, they jump in and get it fixed without any hassle. They’re easy to talk to, super FRIENDLY and helpful, and just make everything run smoother for us. It’s really nice knowing we can count on them whenever we need them.
My employer has been using TrustIT for the last 11 years that I have been with the company. They are very responsive to our needs and all the team members I have dealt with are very knowledgeable. They also provide training videos at least once a month which have been very informative. This training only takes about 15 minutes each but they have helped us to identify malicious emails before we click where we shouldn't.
