Missed a lot of things in the inspection they performed on the house, simple things that I caught within the first day of living here. The repairs have cost me north of $10,000 in things that could have been negotiated at closing. Edit: I spoke with Todd who I assume to be the owner/operator of this business. We worked with Todd on a recent transaction and he was thorough, answered all questions we had, and provided a very informative report with coordinating photos. He was also very efficient with our time, which we appreciated. Highly recommend if you’re purchasing a home in the area!

Todd does a fantastic job! He’s well versed in home construction and covers all the issues thoroughly. I used to be a real estate agent in Manhattan and have moved to Wichita - I wish Todd served our area. It’s hard to find a knowledgeable home inspector.

We really trusted them to do our home inspection since we were buying a home from another state and we shouldn’t have. A few things seemed like not a big issue but ended up costing us thousands in repair. For example, our inspection said loose pipe.. well it wasn’t a loose pipe, it was a broken fitting. I emailed him and he said “ I do see that back fitting appears to be broken on the close up pic you took. And we could have been more specific on the report about the repair needed.
