David is a saint. Period, full stop. I called today with a furnace issue, he understood the urgency and arrived at my home within 2 hours of my call. Pricing is very fair considering the last minute and urgent request. He assessed the problem immediately, replaced the faulty part and my furnace issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes.
