Had hearing loss, occasional acute pain in ears, severe tinnitus, and bulging ear drum among other things. Dr Gomaa diagnosed me with eustachen tube dysfunction. Counselled me that if I should get hearing aids, get them from her because they need to be noise cancelling. Advised me to practice nasal balloon treatment. Many months later, still had same problems. Phoned to make appointment to see her again. Explained to guy that answered still had same symptoms. Very friendly staff, always welcoming. Always very helpful .
Dr. Gooma cleaned my ear and hurt me. My ear got infected and I went back to her for a second visit and she was SOOO mad that I came to see her again and that my ear was infected. She was not even looking at me and was very condescending to me and was acting like it is my fault that my ear got infected. She lacks professionalism, is very rude and isn't very knowledgeable in my opinion. Will never go there again. Terrible service.
