I live at Dorchester apartments, it was supposed to be for mature adults, well that is a lie and as well as maintaining the building. What about customer service, next to none. Save yourself the hassle and move somewhere that is quite and is updated. I lowered my standards to live here.
Absolutely terrible experience with Realstar, would never recommend renting with them. Lived here for almost 3 years and when we moved out, did the move out inspection and gave keys back no problem. Never got our damage deposit back despite me calling them repeatedly. Ended up going to small claims court, and the judge awarded us double the damage deposit and still had to call and email multiple times to get the money we were owed. Long time resident of SLV. And have lived here for 12 years. The buildings are kept very clean and neat, the grounds are kept well and snow and ice kept removed in winter. The staff are very competent, helpful and approachable. And in conversation with other tenants, everyone agrees! Pleased to live here John Hanna 27 Leaside Drive.
I think they should include tenants and their guest in the party room for the Christmas party. To make it more pleasant in the lobby.
Please Note: There are many different departments which make this Team Work, so rating will be based on that. Right from the Property Manger Lori, to the Assistants and to the Building Cleaner. All which greet you with a friendly greeting and are more than willing to help at a moments notice. I rate SilverCreek Towers Team (5 Stars.) After living here for ten years we are still satisfied. The property and buildings are very well maintained. All of our issues have been dealt with immediately.
Average place to live. Staff do their best but the Property Management Company constantly sending inaccurate (on purpose) rent adjustment letters that do not reflect what is actually owed by tenants hoping the many seniors in these buildings do not catch the errors and just pay which apparently they do since it never stops except for the few tenants who catch these and demand changes.
Kathy and Rae Bacula are wonderdul people. They care about the tenants that live here and address tenants issues quickly. I love the activites they provide in the community centre. They also take the extra step to decorate the Community Centre. Thank you for making St. Lawrence Village a better place !!
This is a lovely complex with 7 separate apartment buildings, surrounded by lovely, clean landscaping, including a paved pathway throughout, like a park, actually, and attached to a city park. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, picnic tables and benches here and there with lots of shady spots to just hang out on a nice day.
