Hello, I'm still pretty new as a patient at Trust Care Clinic, but I feel pretty good about being there. My doctor is great and very accommodating. This is an office I think I'll be still going to in ten years. Thank you!
Receptionist was very rude. Healthcare workers should be polite, respectful, and considerate toward patients. If treating people with basic kindness is difficult, then perhaps a different profession would be a better fit.
Terrible office, and doctors, no schedule, haven’t received 3 appointment calls leading to abruptly needing to stop gabapentin thus messing with my mood and body, and the receptionists are some of the worst I’ve met ever. Voiced not wanting to be on these meds numerous times, dr ogbimi does not care to hear it, it’s causing me heart issues and anger problems, he chose to keep me on it regardless of my constant complaints and asking to be weaned off it.
