Terrible office, no schedule, the doctor is great but seriously the receptionists are some of the worst I’ve met ever. Connie, the others as well, only one worker at trust care that’s nice at the desk, one with piercings has put in multiple appointments for me on the phone then I never get the call and am told there was never an appointment. They don’t have any specific times so you get a random call/calls through the day. 2 workers have been decent at trying to assist in things however they are more likely to get defensive ... read more
Dr. Jeyagopal was very thorough and has a kind manner.
My son was seen in a timely manner and the dr was thorough and helpful. The receptionist was amazing!!! Some of the clients were very rude to her and she remained professional and efficient and communicative. We appreciate her and feel badly others treat her so poorly. There is never any excuse to treat staff with such disrespect!!
Professional and friendly front desk. Prompt appointment times . I can get an appointment within 2 days of calling . Also offer phone consults . Great experience overall
