First appointment, I walked in, both receptionists were on the phone. So I sat down for a long time, neither of them addressed me. Then Olufemi came out and started chit chatting about his vacation with the receptionists. While it was already passed my appointment time. First appointment, I walked in, both receptionists were on the phone. So I sat down for a long time, neither of them addressed me. Second appointment, Dr. Olufemi did not remember meeting me the week before. Then I noticed unsanitary items leftover from the patient before, and the room was not cleaned after the last patient. A tongue depressor on the examination table, used gloves, and paper towel on the counter. I noticed another review saying Olufemi is going to get someone sick, he's not wrong. Disgusting 🤢

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Richard Ogbimi. Very patient and empathetic. I have had this health condition since birth but no single doctor took me seriously thus, delaying my diagnosis. Dr.Richard was very kind to me and helped me along the journey to get my answers. Even though my disease doesn’t have a treatment but symptoms can be managed and Dr. Richard is still helping me with that as well. I have had other family doctors and they were just doing their jobs but Dr. Richard actually wants to help. Highly recom... read more

Some of the receptionist are non communicating enough. Do not follow-up when they say they do. Respond in short sentences with am ambiguity on the the appointment time window and when you ask questions they have no patience to clarify. It is as if they don't like their job and upset why they have to answer calls or talk on the phone. I wouldn't recommend the clinic to those who value cooperative receptionists. I like the doctor I go to but I am considering to switch the clinic just because of the receptionists.

Dr Vikram is a true professional and has been excellent with me. He listens to my concerns and truly cares about my health and doesn’t rush me. Excellent doctor who aims at figuring out the medical issue. Thank you
