Don’t trust Trust. They told me we had to pay before they would transport me. We did pay up front. Come to find out they also billed my insurance company the same day. Insurance company paid the claim, and we should not have been changed. I called to ask for a refund on the money we paid. It’s been two months still no refund. My insurance has called them and asked them to return our money. Next stop is state insurance office. My mom needed transportation to OIP. The driver showed up on time and was wonderful. My mom couldn't walk due to a back injury. The drivers was amazing...she got my mom in the wheelchair and over to OIP. Then from OIP to Harrisburg Hospital. She was professional and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about Trust Ambulance.
