I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but Trust Air Heating and Air Conditioning absolutely earned this one. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly thorough. Peter explained every step, gave pointers for upkeep, and was perfectly polite & professional. One of the most honest technician services I've ever experienced. The company lives up to the name, Trust Air!
I was having high electric bills and poor cooling. I called him late Friday afternoon. He got to me first thing Monday morning. He cleaned both of my systems and fixed a few problems he found that my old AC man didn't. He got me back up and running in no time. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again.
They were so professional and courteous! They arrived right on time and went above and beyond service. We have 3 units and they worked very hard to get them all serviced quickly.
Top-Notch Service, Made contact and they were there the next day, Service, my system explained everything they did at a very reasonable price. Could not be more pleased
