RecommendedMy dad was there from January 2020 until April. Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about his care. The treatment by my daddy's nursing staff was so precious. Jaycinda, Dominque, Tonya as well as the night staff were like family to us and treated our daddy like he was their family. My son has been there for three years and I feel he has been tr e a Ted very good.
When was Golden Living was a great place. Now under new management food is awful. CNA's are worse I've seen anywhere except for a few. They are lazy, argue with each bother and have bad attitudes.
They don’t know what they’re doing very abrupt and rude overall not my worst enemy would I recommend it too. My dad fell out of bed the first night he had to go back to hospital due to an infection we left there and went to lakeshore which was eonderful
Please don't send your loved ones here. My grandfather spent 3 weeks here after a chemo treatment and they neglected a serious infection on his private part and his thigh. They said they put cream on it when he clearly needed antibiotics. He went into emergency surgery today to clean out the infection and is in the ICU for a few days. By the time they did the surgery they said he was almost septic. Completely ridiculous.
Horrible place. Put your loved ones somewhere else. Witnessed abuse.
Everything, great Management and especially resident care.
My mom is there and the place is spotless clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. I can visit at anytime. I really appreciate the open door policy. I can decorate her room the way she wants it to feel like home.
Spare yourself these people were all fired from another facility.
