DON' T TRUST TRUSST BUILDERS! I am building a townhome in the Whiskey Branch subdivision using Trusst Builders. It has been a nightmare! This group does not really know how to build a home. They used the wrong plans three times in the initial construction of my townhome. Had I not caught this error they would have built the wrong floorplan. They also did not incorporate any of the change orders that I had paid for, and gotten to them before groundbreaking, into the townhome. Trustt quality seems to be pretty good and the project manager was excellent. However their willingness to stand behind verbal promises leaves much to be desired. Before purchasing a lot I was told that a downed tree will be removed and now that that house is almost built I’m told sorry can’t do it. So now I’m stuck with a 20 foot Rootball sticking up in the air on my lot. Make sure you get all promises in writing.
