1 Star Very disappointing experience. We specifically told TruSmile that my retainer was causing pain and discomfort while eating and needed to be fixed. They never informed us that an orthodontist was unavailable. Instead, they had us fill out extensive paperwork, took X-rays for nearly an hour, charged $49, and kept us waiting for about 1.5 hours. Highly recommend! Convenient location, plenty of parking. The staff is accommodating and professional. They will make you feel comfortable and they even schedule appointments on Saturdays! I love the chocolate mocha coffee ☕ they offer! Check them out!
