12 weeks at claim and northbridge is stalling for settlement. carcass was left rotting at the scene and pumping time for claim dollars reductions! don’t work with these people. do better elsewhere!
clear on communication and timely claim response
My first vehicle accident, first claim.…Northbridge was outstanding in making my experience seamless. Smooth from police report, appraisal, repairs, car rental. Great communication from my adjuster. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Northbridge.
