I have been a customer with them for several year! All of my closings for any loans I have used them for we easy! Using a credit union is so much better than a standard bank! Rates are normally very completive (many times they are lower than other banks) as well!
Unorganized , losing documents , something is not right about this bank, they had me turn in supporting documents to lift any holds and restrictions and i come back a year later to check and they told me they have no record of me turning in those documents and my account stayed restricted even after continuing deposits throughout that year.
