TruSelf Sporting Club features brand new equipment from the cardiovascular line, strength training equipment and free premium studio group exercise classes. Our goal is too help educate all of members on fitness so that you’re not embarrassed to try a new class, piece of equipment or ask about a particular exercise. We also offer personal training, massage therapy, assisted stretching, and yoga one on one programs. Fitness starts with yourself, welcome to TruSelf!

Great gym with what you need. Not too crowded and down to earth atmosphere. Josh the manager is consistently friendly and positive which is greatly appreciated! They are on Classpass which is great if you need flexibility.
I have been working out with Joe Binda since January, and it has been so great! Joe is the prime example of hard work and dedication in regards to reaching your goals and becoming stronger not only physically but mentally too! He has helped me reach my goals and has also helped me when I was going through a hard time outside of the gym! I’d say the gym is “welcoming” if you’re white but I always got death glares from all the white men in the weight room and when I’d use the recovery room. The main reason I quit is because of how dirty the gym was. The dumbbells left black stains on my clothes. The machines were worn down, beat up, and there was dirt/ lint on them. There was an absurd amount of dust and lint in the sauna which I brought up to Christine yet nothing was ever done about it. The lint just stacked up. The boxing bags are also really gross and nev... read more

Very inviting work out gym with equipment for everyone. I am newer to regular workouts so being able to hire a personal trainer was a big perk. I have been working with Jake for a year now and he is very dependable. I also really appreciate, no matter how many times I have done something, he shows it to me to make sure I copy good form every time. The vibe is laid back, with weights for some serious lifting.
