I called TruRelief on a Thursday. Mr. Ortega sent Heather out to fly a drone over my house on a day’s notice, the following Saturday they met with my adjuster to go over what had been damaged on my roof. The claims process went well and all I was asked for was to pay my deductible. My roof was damaged because 0f storm Trurelief helped with the claim and repair would highly recommend.
Our situation was extremely challenging: Previous storm damage, current roof leak, Tropical Storm Isaias coming. James and his team took the time out of their weekend to put a roof on our house and do the job right. When we had trouble picking a shingle color, James recommended one and it looks phenomenal. The determination that TruRelief and James Ortega had to get our roof done once we knew the storm was coming astounded me. Would 100% recommend them. I would call TruRelief after Isaias or any other storm.
