I have nothing nice to say about Truppi. He uses the cheapest materials for his remoldes. I had a problem with the flooring he put in my kitchen. The boards were peeling up on the sides. Truppi felt the manufacturer had a defective product. The flooring manufacturer blamed Truppi's installers. After numerous phone calls and promises to replace the flooring, it was never completed.
