I am very pleased with my Trupower generator and service. The installation went perfectly and the generator kicks on whenever the power goes out. I get a maintenance service every year so I don't worry about power outages and basement flooding and food spoiling in the refrigerator and freezer. Great work.

Fantastic experience. I called trupower because my previous generator company didn’t properly fix a fault with my generator. The owner of company came the same day and discovered the issue immediately and then worked with generac on a warranty claim. The whole process was seamless.
