Diane is great! She is very patient and professional. She takes the time to explain all the steps of the procedure and sets realistic expectations for the hair removal process. I'm on my fourth treatment and am very happy with the results! The density and growth of the hair has significantly decreased.
I highly recommend Tru Platinum for electrolysis. I'd been visiting another provider and wasn't happy. This other provider was very fast but I felt tons of pulling. I’ve seen two other electrologists before, but I’ve never experienced someone as thorough and caring as her. From the moment I walked in, I could tell how much thought she puts into everything she does. She explained each step as she went, which made me feel really comfortable and reassured. Her cleanliness was outstanding. She showed me the sterile needle she was using, put on fresh gloves right in front of me, and even pointed out where she cleans and stores her tools.
