I had such a great experience with Diane at TruPlatinum! She is incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. She takes her time and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. You can really tell that she cares about the quality of her work and her clients. The space is clean and welcoming, and Diane has such a warm, calming presence. I’m so glad I found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone considering electrolysis!

Diane is wonderful. Very professional and excellent customer service. Her top priorities are cleanliness, comfort and results!! I didn't know what to expect after my first treatment I noticed amazing results just 2 week after the first electrolysis appointment with her. Highly recommend!!
Diane is great! She is very patient and professional. She takes the time to explain all the steps of the procedure and sets realistic expectations for the hair removal process. I'm on my fourth treatment and am very happy with the results! The density and growth of the hair has significantly decreased.
