The best property management I've dealt with since living here. Which has been my whole life, hah. The owner keeps constant communication and is responsive if anything were to break down/fall apart. A management that actually isn't trying to screw you over (which is rare in Bozeman).
So far (at 11 months) our experience with TruNorth Property Management has been really good. We had a pipe burst during the cold 2017 January shortly after we moved in and the PM took care of us as best he could while the apartment was fixed and dried. He is a stand up guy. Couldn't ask for anything better at this point. If anything changes in the future I will update the review, but as of right now, 5 stars hands down.
