Trung did a fantastic job installing my garage door. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. The job was done quickly but still very thorough, and the quality of his work really shows. He also took the time to show me how to properly maintain the garage door to keep it working well long-term. Unfortunately Trung had no idea how to calibrate the motor. I called him out for a cable that came out. He came and put the wire back but the warning light was still on. He said it was an old unit that was installed badly(mind you 17 year old unit, how can that be installed wrong). A few days later the wire came out and the garage door also came out of the track and bent very badly. I had to call someone else to fix it and my garage door is permanently damaged now.
