When I first found this place I placed an order for some truncated domes and was happy with the service. Tried to use them again and I was dealing with a Juan. I put jobs on hold because he gave me a date and time I would receive the domes. He never showed up, didn't message me or call. I sent him texts and he did not respond. 3 days later I decided to call the accounting and they reached out to him and then he calls me with excuses.
