After 30 years of being a loyal State Farm customer with this agency, I never expected to find myself writing a review like this. Unfortunately, since the son took over the agency, the level of customer service has declined dramatically. The competency, communication, and responsiveness of the staff are, without question, the worst I have experienced in my 30 years with State Farm. Sad to announce I'm leaving statefarm. I became highly disappointed with the agency since the office changes/staff. It was truly a pleasure doing business with this agency when the Dad Sr. Was operating. Now since it changed over to the son Jr. And dad retired Something changed. And I've been with these guys for over 20 years...it was the subtle things or small things that truly mattered and that's why we stayed so long.
