My experience with Troy Trumm was not the level of professionalism I would anticipate or expect from a realtor/business owner. Mr. Trumm owns and rents many properties and fails to comply with safety or property needs for his renters. He was made aware in March of 2025 after a severe storm that his fence line was down. His renters reached out to him on multiple occasions with no response. We were impressed with the Trumm Team from beginning to end in the process of selling our condo. Troy's level of service is outstanding. We appreciated his methodology to selling a home. He took all the guesswork out. His staging team was a tremendous help, his photographer did great work. We were amazed at the amount of showings and attendance at our open house. All that work led to selling our home in five days and over our asking price. Kudos to the Trumm Team!
Troy failed to secure an earnest deposit or even do a verification of funds with a full ask/all cash offer on our home. It was a very short closing window so we had sold off all the things needed to maintain the property in addition to other high ticket items (garage lift, vehicles, etc). The potential buyer had excuse after excuse for why he couldn't produce the funds, Troy urged us to keep waiting for funds. Troy, Trevor and the rest of the Team are extremely knowledgeable. We had such a great experience with them. They answered all our questions, truly prepared us for the process we would be undertaking-both the selling and the purchase sides. They were always quick to respond to any questions.
