We were impressed with the Trumm Team from beginning to end in the process of selling our condo. Troy's level of service is outstanding. We appreciated his methodology to selling a home. He took all the guesswork out. His staging team was a tremendous help, his photographer did great work. We were amazed at the amount of showings and attendance at our open house. Troy failed to secure an earnest deposit or even do a verification of funds with a full ask/all cash offer on our home. It was a very short closing window so we had sold off all the things needed to maintain the property in addition to other high ticket items (garage lift, vehicles, etc).
