I couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. The staff here is caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. We finally found a vet that we're confident taking our ferrets to.
What a disappointment. Our dog was limping and in pain. They did a slew of blood work $$$ and it turned out she had infected anal glands which they did not bother to check!! Was also there 2.5 hrs mostly waiting. Also could have been friendlier.
Absolutely love this hospital and the staff. They're very professional and compassionate. I've been working with Dr. De Fabrizio on my dog's complicated case and she has been amazing!
They charge for services they did not do. And test for things that you did not authorize and you end up with an enormous bill and when you complain they simply send you a letter saying they do not care if you find another vet. Well we found. Hope you do too.
