The tellers are always friendly and helpful. The online banking options are easy to use.
This credit union is highly rated through multiple measurements and third-party organizations. Their rates are great (your credit and finances being bad isn't their problem!). I recently transferred a bank account here with no issue. They were a little slow when I went in, and it seemed like a barebone crew. But people were nice and got the job done. It was 3 min before the bank closed and I pulled into driveway and seemed like as soon as they saw me coming the closed light was turned on. By all means 3 min to close I totally get the closed sign being turned off but when a customer is pulling into the bank with 3 minutes left and the sign closed sign is quickly turned on that shows me the focus on the customer experience as a priority is not really there.
