I called after a death in the family, to discuss my status as a beneficiary on an account. Melissa answered the phone, put me on hold to pull up the account, and hung up on me. She knew there was a death in the family, and that times are tough. And she hung up on me, and never called back to apologize or resume the conversation. Melissa is not a decent employee. Trumark Financial has gone down the gutter in the past decade. Disgusting customer service.

By far the best branch of trumark in Philadelphia. There's one out near Street Rd that's really good too.
